They will be our leaders in medicine, astron- omy, industry, research, and the many other fields of our modern varied sciences. LANGUAGE DEPARTMENT Though the study of Spanish, French, and Latin, the Language Department intends to establish a better understanding between our future citizens and our foreign neighbors as well as a mastery of the lan- guages.
