FOREWORD... This is Nitro High School, the stage and setting upon which we have enacted varied phases of our school life. Here we continued that long and arduous climb to the world of adulthood. A whole new and exciting world of learning was opened to us through the guidance and understanding of its teachers. Here we made new friends who shared our joys and disappointments. This is Nitro High School, more than just a school. It is a place that lives and breathes with the everlasting spirit of the students who have passed through its por- tals, as well as those who are now within its walls. It is a storehouse of treasured memories that will never die. Now, as we stand on the threshold of an entirely new and different life, we re- alize more than ever what it means to each of us. As we part, each going his sep- arate way, perhaps never to meet again and certainly never to be the same, one thing will remain with us as long as we live: the happy, carefree years we spent with loved friends at Nitro High.
