SENIOR CLASS WILL We, the Senior Class, of Ninth Avenue High School, Henderson County, Hendersonville, North Carolina, being of questionable mind and disorganized faculties, after four zealous years, do hereby make, publish, and declare this as our last and worst will and testament, hereby rescinding all former wills, bequests and devises of whatever nature by us already made. FIRST: We give, devise and bequeath to the Junior Class, the Senior Week, if they can manage an almost unmanageable feat, and all memories pleasant, unpleasant, or otherwise of Ninth Avenue. SECOND: To the Sophomore Class we leave our quick wit, rapid elucida¬ tions, and best of all, our ability to elude any type of homework. THIRD: To the starry-eyed Freshmen, we leave our utterance and our ability to abuse English, Math, Science, French and all other subjects beyond the comprehension of their undeveloped minds. FOURTH: Be it known that members of the Senior Class generously with charity for all and contempt toward none, bequeath all personal possessions, such as points from pencils, scrap paper, lipsticks, eyebrow pencils and books for all occasions to the underclassmen in the Pursuit of knowledge and happiness. FIFTH: To the library we bequeath all comic books, love stories and simi¬ lar junk which we read so carefully all year. SIXTH: To Miss Stephens we leave the gift of time to heal all pains caused by her adorable class. SEVENTH: To our beloved faculty we bequeath a liberal supply of gratitude. EIGHTH: To our dear principal we bequeath a vast amount of patience for the remaining flock. Having bequeath all that we possess, we hereby appoint Miss Stephens as executor of this, our last will and testament. In witness thereof, we have hereunto set our hands and seals this thir ty-first day of May, A. D. 1959. Signed: Senior Class Signed, sealed, smeared, published, and declared by the Senior Class as and for their last will and testament, in the presence of each other, signed our names as witnesses to said document.
