Under the leadership of Mr. Carlos Clayton it's no wonder Nimitz has such outstanding achievements and fine student body. It is through his devotion and concern that the faculty and students have come to respect and admire him. Completing his sixth year at Nimitz, he has given guidance that has enabled the school and students to retain their high standards. Mr. Clayton once said, I am so proud of you, the students of Nimitz Junior High school. The students and faculty know Mr. Jim Norman as a kind man of great dignity. His concern and deep interest in students have earned him their respect and admiration. He does his job with authority and sets an ex- ample worthy of imitation. .2 fofdouzon Qzade Mrs. Rhetta. Robinson not only is Nimitz's ninth grade counselor who willingly and wisely helps students with their problems, but she is the Dean of Girls. Among her duties of guiding students is planning their schedules. She worries with students over personal problems but also laughs with them when fun times come up,-such as the ninth grade dance which she sponsors. 7702.
