-- Mascots Dressed to Roar Energetic, brave, crazy, and daring are just a few words used to describe this year's Mascots and Cougar Crew. Mascot's,are the special people who provide entertainment to people of all ages while spark- ing spirit and good sportsmanship all at once. This year's mascots include, 3-year veteran, Dana Carpenter, 2-year veteran, layna Glidden, and newcomer Tasha Denton. Each of the girls sup- ply plenty of laughter and enjoyment for all foot- ball and basketball fans, while on the other hand, supplied headaches for the Cougar Crew. The Cougar Crew is responsible for many things. The female members put up signs for the football game as well as escorting the cougar around the stadium. The male members not only guard the Cougar, but perform stunts with the cheerleaders, All members are responsible for putting the run-through sign on and off the bus and holding it as well for the HUNGRY COUGARS to tear through it.
