Many of the Seniors shed silent tears at the realization that they had just played their last game. The underclassmen left the field with a new determination towards next year's season. Coach lim Linnstaedter said, '1Nimitz will always be a problem to other teams. Even though the mighty Cougars fell short of their gaol, they finished their season in a blaze of blue and gold, making history with their fantastic 7-3 season.
