Look Out Hollgwood The third annual Talent Show was held on April 27, 1981. The talent show is designed to raise money for the Student Council, and to entertain the student body. Sponsoring the Talent Show enabled students not in Student Council to help raise money for their club and present special talents. The participants auditioned for Mrs. Wolff, sponsor of the Student Council. The selected students practiced from 3:15 until 5:00 after school for three days before their perfor- mance. Their practice was interrupted by a power failure but the contestants overlooked the blackout and made up the practice the following afternoon. On the day of the show, ballots were passed out at random to members of the student body. They were to be turned into Mrs. Wolff before 3:00 that afternoon to determine the winner of the talent show The winners were the Cypress Creek Boys who performed I'm a Broken Lady, and Seven Bridges Road. al 28 ACtiviIieS l m
