I.C.T. I.C.T. Has a Busg Year The Halloween season mark- ed the starting of a busy year for I.C.T. On October 23, the club sponsored the Rampage Band to play for the student body. The other fund raiser was the selling of carnations on Valen- tines day. This money was used for the Co-op's banquet. Two social services were sponsored during the year by I.C.T. They went to Lane Center, and stag- ed a carnival and took food to a needy family for Christmas. Five of the members par- ticipated in a contest at San Jacinto College. Two of the students, David Bozzarth and David Henry, received second place in Auto Body Work. Richard Mockbee received a fifth place in Auto Parts. Officers for the 1980-1981 I.C.T. club were William Bowden, President, James Allen, Vice President, Dicky Courtwright, Treasurerg David Bozarth, Secretaryg Gary Wig- gons, Reporter, Elbie Ebert, Sergeant-at-Armsg and Russ Walker, Parliamentarian. F.F.A. Growing Inio Farms Teamwork is a word that characterized the Future Farmers of America in '81. Together the F.F.A.'ers participated in numerous activities, in- cluding The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. At the stockshow the 'pokes' judged horses, livestock and dairy. Other events that marked this year's FFA were barbeques and trail rides held at Double J Stables, along with other Aldine schools. The FFA also sold fresh fruit as a fund raiser. FFA officers for the '81 year were: Dawn Mer- chant, President, Lisa Gilmore, Vice President, Denise Blake, Secretary, Stephanie Pullins, Treasurer, and Peggy Hudson, FFA Sweetheart.
