10 Activities Emergence of Spirit Creates Excitement Homecoming week is an exciting one. Not only with the anticipation of the game and dance on Fri- day, but also the spirit displayed by everyone everyday of that week. It begins on Monday when everyone sock it to the Mustangs by wearing crazy socks. Tuesday, we showed our spirit by wearing crazy shoes. Next we proved that we were the Best Overall by wearing overalls or suspenders. We Roped the Mustangsi' the following day by dressing as Kikkers. And finally on Friday, We all showed our school spirit by wearing blue and gold. Each day of Spirit Week, the cheerleaders helped to promote spirit by collecting extra change from students who donated to their favorite or least favorite principal. The principal who had the most money donated to their name had to kiss a pig at the pep rally. Mrs. Parramore had considerably more change donated for her, and on Friday after- noon at the pep rally, she gave the pig its kiss of death.
