Z . Y Xxkifl The Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor is the command representative responsible to the Command- ing Officer for implementing the Navy alcohol and drug abuse program. The DAPA conducts on-board admin- istrative screenings, coordinates and assists in con- ducting command awareness education, monitors af- tercare, prepares required reports and correspondence and serves as the command's self-referral agent. Also included, the Equal Opportunity Assistant is one ofthe special advisors to the command providing a forum for education advice regarding minority pro- grams and counseling.
