,Y 1 X-2 Division, the Personnel Office and Customer Service Office is responsible for processing all enlisted personnel transfers, receipts and separations along with main- taining all enlisted service records and per- sonnelfpay forms. Processing identifica- tion cards, verifying dependency status and providing statistical manpower re- ports, used in the overall management of personnel, are other responsibilities of the Personnel and Customer Service Offices. XX X, X-1 Division includes the Captain's Office, Ship's Admin, and the Print Shop. The Captain's Office pro- vides direct administrative support to the Commanding Officer, maintains officer records, controls incoming and outgoing official correspondence and classified material, processes officer receipts, transfers and pay transac- tions. The Ship's Admin Office provides direct adminis- trative support to the Executive Officer, Administrative Officer and Command Master Chief. They publish and distribute the Plan of the Day, administer the awards program, handle internal departmental routing and ensure that administrative policies, procedures, and practices employed in the ship are efficient, effective, functional and in conformance with standardized Navy regulations and directives. The Print Shop produces more than 1 million copies monthly of essential informa- tion consisting of the Plan of the Day, Flight Plans, Green Sheets and the ship's newspaper, as Well as Change of Command programs, ship's directives and operational orders.
