Half time entertain- ment at games this year was performed by the Niles North Vi- kettes. The twenty- seven member squad included nineteen new members. To prepare for their musical rou- tines, the Vikettes practiced 3 times a week for a total of 9 hours. During the sum- mer they attended Badgerette Camp in Rockford, Illinois. They received a trophy for their originality routine; a spirit board; and a trophy for their overall performance. I think we had a great season. com- mented Amy Saltz- man, Co-Captain of Vikettes.
