CLASSROOM In a typical classroom scene at NHS we see students taking advantage of a lull in scholastic activities to compare notes. As the couples entered the Star- dust Ballroom each girl was given a carna- tion wrist corsage. Thus the evening began. The many preparations for the Snowball began in the heat of the summer as the com- mittee chairmen met and made their pre- liminary plans. These hard-working chairmen were Jo Rice, general chairmen; Lucy Mark, decorations; Janice Hickox, invitations; Sandy Smith, publicity; Marilyn Cirard, favors; Billie Hartz, coat room; Terrie Lynd, ceiling; Pete Fisher, lighting; Barbara Evans, entertain- ment; Marlene Boulton, tickets; and Jo Turtle, orchestra.
