GEORGE FLORA SENIOR HIGH DEDICATION It is with great pride that we, the students of Niles Senior High School, dedi- cate the l95l Tattler to Mr. George Flora. ln addition of being a graduate of De Paul and Northwestern Universities, he has done graduate work at the University of Michigan and Columbia University. As head of the Music Department, Mr. Flora has won the admiration of not only the students, but also the townspeople of Niles. Through his eFforts, the choir and the two glee clubs have advanced immeasurably. Such productions as the annual Variety Show and Christmas programs have been made possible through Mr. Flora's able direction. We thank you, Mr. Flora, for a iob well done. 2

That aim has been met to a great extent with the completion of the Westside School and near com- pletion of new northside and southside schools. In addition modern improvements have been made to the Central Elementary and Junior-Senior High School. Efforts of the board plus support of the peo- ple have made these improvements possible. Work will be continued slowly over a period of years until over crowded conditions are relieved. I
