One group of students spent their noon hours planning decorations, refreshments, and games. When their work was completed another group took over. Approximately 40 students spent two days decorating. Card tables, cards, and various other games had to be obtained. After all the hurry and scurry the big moment finally arrived. The party was on and everyone had a wonderful time. Then back to work they went, tearing decorations down they had spent so much time on. And they loved every minute of it. Left: Pete Sims lifts the dummy into place as preparations are made for the Christmas party. Right: Nina Lilly places an ornament on the tree and Helen Lykins stops pushing the broom momentarily for a little chat. and Junior High Buildings. L. to R.: Tom Mearns, treasurer, Darryl Mullens, vice president, Jean Ann Morris, secretary, Howard Keenan, president, and Pete Sims, sergeant-at-arms.
