These differem activities can be found catalogueld under the headbiing of Special Events. A very special tradition here at Niagara is Orientation, which commences the year-'Q social events. Much time, planning, and enthusiasm are involved Orientation. The fnfiemiclslmips created Oriemftatiom have proven the work and effort to be woftlilwlhjlel S-eptembemr 15 was the Nm-ses' Capping Day. Mass was held in the Upper Level, and all four classes of Nmsimg Students participated in the Services. This day was a memorable one for both the underclass. and the upperelalss Nursing Students. To the Freshmen it signified fi lhnlegimnimgg to the Seniors iii was a remimler that we end was neon lf you were one .of the unfortunate students who missed Orientation then perhaps you compensated by attending all Weekend. From Thursday to Sunday, Fall weekend offered many diversions for the Niagara students. Musical talents. were displayed not only by Aztec Two- Step but also 'by Litewood and N.U.'s very own and III. October brings it fthe chill of winter and the loneliness of rnissilug hottie. of us escape for home over the Columbus holiday or 'fstick it outl' and invite our parents to come for Parents' Weekend.

Religious Studies Man's nature reflects one person through many facets. Men and women think, play, Worshipg in this diversity, there is unity. The Faculty of the Religious Studies Department seeks an understanding of the total person through the dimension of man's religious ex- perience.
