Asking for excuse slips or tardy slips, getting excused, explaining just where one was third period or just sitting there as punishment for the act that seemed to give more life to the class-room activities. Our office is the heartbeat. To watch the daily happenings would be to feel the throbbing pulse of a school showing an exuberance for life. C135 'N
