Cindy Boutilier After graduating from high- school, I took a year off to decide what to do with the rest of my life. While working full-time, I decided that I wanted to go back to school. Business Administration was full so I took Graphic Arts, It was the right choice for me because I enjoy practical training rather than theory. My majors are Typography and Offset and asidefrom the odd lecture in Typography most of the work is practical When I ' m not in school slaving over a hot press, I enjoy all types of sports, watching cartoons and read- ing Agatha Christies, After recieving my diploma from Niagara College I intend to go to another College so I can elaborate on myGraphic Arts skills I ' m lying, I just don ' t want to work full-time yet and going to school isn ' t work for me. I want to get all the education my little brain can handle!

f My four years of high school were proudly spent at Notre Dame College School here in Welland. Through school my interests included art, drama, and cheering at the many Fighting Irish foot- ball games my friends and I faithfully attended. It was my interest in art and its use in advertising that first made me consider entering the Graphic Arts Program at the College. I wasn ' t exactly sure what the course completely entailed but I wanted to give it a try. My first year at the college was a real eye-opener. I became aware of the many career and job opportunities that would be available to me upon graduating. In my second year I majored in Art and Typography, the two courses which interested me the most. I enjoy college life a lot more this year because now I feel I know what direc- tion I want to move in when I leave. Upon graduating, a career in typesetting is what I am really hoping for, but what- ever field of the Graphic Arts Industry I enter into I plan to give it my all. Karen Bellinger

My favorite season of the year is summer. I love the beach as well as canoeing and camping. I recently acquired a 35mm Camera and although the results haven ' t been too good, I am still working at it. Travelling has always interested me and being young I still have a lot of sights to see. In my senioryear I majored in Typography and Photo- graphy. My main interest lies in the field of Typography in which I plan to pursue a career. With a lot of hard work and dedication I hopetofulfill my every goal. Hannah Buckley I am an American who plays baseball, eats apple pie and drives a Chevy. I attended High School in Niagara Falls, Ontario and decided to further my education at Niagara College in Welland. My reason for attending Canadian schools rather than American was simply that I felt the quality of education was higher than that which was available to me in my own area.
