Rick Arnds Throughout my four years at Centennial Secondary School, I actively partici- pated in many of the clubs and athletic activities the school had to offer. I played four years of football while participating in badminton and wrestling for three. During my senior year I was a member of the Photography club and was instrumental in producing the senior year book. After high school I enrolled in the Niagara College Graphic Arts pro- gram. I have always enjoyed art and worked on it in my own spare time. In the second year of the program I majored in Art and Camera Copy Preparation and Process Photography. During the past two years in this course I ' ve taken a genuine interest in the ■ Graphics field as well as acquiring an insight into it ' s workings. My hopes for the future are many, but for the present I plan to find employment in the Graphics field in a major city and strive for my dreams.

I am a resident of Niagara Falls and a graduate of Stam- ford Collegiate Vocational Institute, upon where I was a member of the Football Team and also an active member of Alpha Kappa Gamma Sigma Fraternity. Some of my inter- ests include sketching, hockey, skiing, football, and music. While attending Stamford I was enrolled in the art pro- gram and enjoyed it very much, so much so that I was inspired by it, and decided I wanted to further my educa- tion in some sort of art field. It was then suggested I look into Graphic Arts, I did so and found it looked interesting and promising for future employment. For me, taking Graphic Arts at Niagara proved to be a wise decision not only because of the course, but I have also made many new friends. I enjoyed my first year very much and decided in my second year to major in Art and Offset Printing. I am mainly interested in the Art Program and plan to seek employment in graphic design or layout work.

f My four years of high school were proudly spent at Notre Dame College School here in Welland. Through school my interests included art, drama, and cheering at the many Fighting Irish foot- ball games my friends and I faithfully attended. It was my interest in art and its use in advertising that first made me consider entering the Graphic Arts Program at the College. I wasn ' t exactly sure what the course completely entailed but I wanted to give it a try. My first year at the college was a real eye-opener. I became aware of the many career and job opportunities that would be available to me upon graduating. In my second year I majored in Art and Typography, the two courses which interested me the most. I enjoy college life a lot more this year because now I feel I know what direc- tion I want to move in when I leave. Upon graduating, a career in typesetting is what I am really hoping for, but what- ever field of the Graphic Arts Industry I enter into I plan to give it my all. Karen Bellinger
