Gheefzieadefzs g The enthusiastic cheerleaders of New- ton High have led the Railers to many victories this year in football and basket- ball. They have given their time and sup- port to the team at every possible mo- ment, and with their rousing cheers kept spirits high at all the games. They were on hand at the pep rallies and assemblies lending their pep and energy to the Hailer cause This year the cheerleaders went to work on the yells. They made up some new ones and gave some of the old ones a face lifting by working up some new actions. Besides the new actions they have discovered that some of the boys are good acrobats. Their uniforms are the same this year as they were last, white and gold with black letters. This year's original squad had to make some changes before the end of the year.
