SUPERINTENDENT H. P. SMITH B. A., M. A., Iowa State University, Post Graduate Work at Chicago University, Iowa State University, Columbia University. Mr. Smith has met the numerous problems which have prevail- ed in the public schools this year with exceptional capability. Mr. Smith ' s ability as a speaker and lecturer is known throughout the state and he is frequently called upon for work along this line. Although his time is strenuously filled with educational prob- lems he still finds time to become personally acquainted with all the students.
