Also, they gave us a Senior Christmas party and organized the Senior Prom. Thanks to them we had a busy Senior year. Treasurer Tom Goodale and Secretary Pompeo DeRubeis also contributed greatly to the effectiveness of the organization. Through dances, dress down days, car washes and sale of Christmas flowers, the Student Council raised money to benefit the school. The 1985 Student Council proved to be one of the most active. 29 YEARBOOK This year’s yearbook staff was well equipped with many dedicated members. It started out with many members but only the tough stayed until the end. We worked hard taking pictures, doing layouts and finalizing the book. Under the supervision of Mr. Connolly we have put together a yearbook we are extremely proud of. We hope you like it too. Senior Co-captains Judy Jackson and Shari Calabro led the Lancers into the Catholic South Suburban League Championships. Angela Bove’s powerful spiking and A.J. Fremault’s decisive set-up help spur the team on to victory. Kerry MacDougall’s effective serving was a valuable asset. Ending the season with an impressive record, the team experienced sportsmanship and became close to their teammates. Congratulations for a season well played. . C. They showed they could push it to the limit. Co-Captains Jeff Sherman and Shaun Moran spurred the team on with the spirit and determination they needed. They played hard and faced many tough opponents along the way. We can congratulate this year’s team for playing with dedication and for showing strength and effort in playing their opponents. GIRLS BASKETBALL This year’s girls basketball team displayed a great effort. Tri-Captains Shari Calabro, Judy Jackson and A.J. Fremault led the team with spirit and enthusiasm. Seniors displayed their skills while facing tough opponents. They faced many hard practices, but it paid off as they used their energy and determination at each game.
