We strived to build good character, increase our wis- dom, and broaden our abilities in order to pre- pare ourselves for a better life. Here we partici- pated in a representative government, became members and leaders of various student organi- zations, and learned to assume responsibilities. OUR INSPIRATION It is our desire to dedicate the '57 ANCHOR to one we think well deserves this honor. The enthusiastic ideas you suggested have made it possible for us to plan many successful activities. Your guidance and deep interest in us have helped us to feel secure during our high school years. In addition, your cheerful attitude, vivacious personality, and dignity have made you the most likeable sponsor a class could have.
