Five Years of Their Expert Leadership SINCE DR. NELSON has been superin- tendent much has been accomplished to improve the educational facilities of our school system and to provide greater opportunities for advancement in all fields of learning. ln the late spring the school board moved to its new headquarters, the old Magruder School, which had been con- verted into an office building. The board has been making plans for the reconstruction of the high School and has been considering plans tor expon- sion, ,- DR. R. Working out class Schedules, handling disciplinary measures and school rules, and supervising student government are only a part of their activities. Many and varied school problems are solved easily through their efficiency, interest, and helpful- ness. SARS. Taking care of correspondence, mime- ograping bulletins, balancing the school budget, as well as answering hundreds of questions a day, are only a few of the things done by Mrs. Bowen, our secretary, Mrs. Keil, our bookkeeper, and Mrs. Miller, our clerk.
