Gloria Bryson The Girls, Athletic Club has been in- active during the first part of the year, but it is hoped that bowling, badminton, and volleyball will lbe started soon under Miss 'Brewer's supervision. On March 6th the girls held a food sale and the money received is to be expended for Cheerleaders' outfits, numerals and letters for the sch0ol's athletes.

Phyllis Ranlsey Treasurer., . ., . .Olga llaapanen On Decemher 16th the English Cluh presented a most enjoyable event, a concert 'hy the Varsity Singers ot the University ot Maine under the super- vision of Mr. james Selwoocl. Then on januari' 10th, the cluh spon- sorecl ll food sale, which was held at thc Hot Lunch Building. At this time we wish to thank all those who donated food to make our sale a success, During thc year several new mem- hers liaring the rank of eiglity-Five and haxing suhmittecl a composition for ap- proxal were admitted. They are as fol- lows: Betty Parlee. Nlarilyn Rich. Verlie Hartley. Thelma Patchell. and lean Boy lan. One ol' our meetings was held at the home of Colleen Clement. at which a pleasant time was had hy all.
