Next year they hope to take up costumdng, make-up, stagework, and perhaps puppetry. The elegibility ot this organization is limited to those with a marked tests for dramrtics, and this select group proposes to fur nish excellent entertnin ent to its followers next year. sors Fsnmwrron i President John Green Vice President Robert Berneck Secretory James Frissel Adviser Mr. Oaks The Boy's Federation, composed of boys who are not members of some other organizations, meets every activity period to be enter tain d by e committee of its own members. ' t RIFLE own President t Lloyd Mnrtinson Secretary-Treasurer Bernice Carpenter Sponsorer Mr. Weller The Rifle Club meets every Thursday evening for practice on their indoor range in the basement of Fid's Opera House. Under the leadership of I . Wrller, the members of this club sueeeed d in winning Pro-l rkmnn medals for themselves from the Nat ional Rif1emnn's Association this year. They aspire to higher n wards in the near future, and the club promises to turn out n squad of skilled mnrksmn as a result of its activity.

Miss Walters The Girls' League, of which every girl in school is a member, meets once a month to carry on their business and he entertained by a committee of their own members. ' Leaders in the League this year sponsored, and succeeded in passing andamendment to the Constitution of Newport High School, which provides hiking awards for every member of the Girls' League who meats certain requirements. Club, composed of boys who have earned their letters in one of the major sports---basketball, football, or track enjoyed a larger enrollment of new members this year than of any other year in its history. GLEE CLUB The Glee Club, under the supervision of Miss Van Haverbeke, meets twice a week for practice. They provided vocal entertainment for P. T. A. meetings, the all High School Revue, the Mother's Tea and various other gatherings throughout the year. Graduation will occasion the loss of only two Senior Girls hom the Glee Club this year.
