THE OFFICERS SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS: Historian Trina Hobart. Treasurer Michele List. President Barbara Hetrick. Vice-President Greg Weibley, Secretary Tammy Shaffer Dear Friends, Serving as President of the Class of 1988 for the past three years has proven to be a very challenging and memorable position, one which I feel honored to have held. As I and my fellow classmates look back, fond memories come to us as we think with pride of all we’ve gone through and accomplished together. Finishing Homecoming floats with but a few minutes to spare, decorating for the Sophomore Tea, planning for the Jr Sr Prom, surviving the Senior Class Trip and merely experiencing the times we shared each day with underclassmen, with faculty and with each other, will forever remain a part of us, and of our future. In addition to these special moments, I personally will never forget the togetherness our class showed towards each other. Many time we did not agree, but in times of need we pulled together. Whether it was to add vital finishing touches to a float or lend a helping hand to a classmate, there was always an underlying feeling of unity that pulled us through the hardest of times. My thanks go to my classmates and to the faculty who gave their time, service and most importantly, themselves to create what could quite possibly be “the best years of our lives.” Barbara J.
