Dick Innerst Student Body President Board of Control Hard working foremen As we enter into college or a career, the eyes of the world will be upon us. Will there be war and starvation or peace and prosperity? This is our inherited problem. It is especially important that we, of this generation, make the most of our high school years to give us the ulti- mate answer... Dick Innerst, Student Body President Student Body President Dependable in leading numerous school activities, Dick Innerst demonstrates the same competence that made him a successful class president for three preceding years. He is admired for his gracious at- titude and casual humor. The Board of Control guides Harbor's affairs successfully and eftec- tively. They act on behalf of the students by discussing and making recommendations to the administration and Board of Trustees. The stu- dent body officers and a representative from each class make up the eight member board. Upon their shoulders fall the responsibilities of interschool relations, planning assemblies, making any necessary changes in student government and appropriating funds for expendi- tures.
