The average high school student prepared for the future each transitory (ephemeral) day through involvement. With people, activities, and community, he learned the value of today through actively sharing in the responsibilities which accompanied his associations with any of these three. While some pupils chose not to become active, most realized that participation was the best way to meet people and to gain friends. The pupil had the help of the faculty who, in part responsible for helping to mold your minds, dealt not only with academic problems but also with personal problems and extracurricular activities of the pupil. In the classroom and by giving up much of their own free time. teachers helped pupils participate in the activities that added to their understanding of human nature. In future years, the pupil will look back to his school life and know that this foundation of his individuality was progress in the constantly changing world around him.
