Serving without salary, they em- ploy and di s c h ar g e teachers, look after school maintenance, and many other things to help improve schools in Sweetwater. Members of the Board are, LEFT TO RIGHT: tseatedj, J.M. Lawrence, Irving Loeb, John Miner, Ed Aiken, C.E. Lambert, Hudson Lincoln, and Wade Forester. Standing are Olaf G. South, superintendent of schools, and Mondel Rogers, school tax collector. His administrative duties began at the beginning of the school year, and he is completing his sixth year as a teacher in S H S The versatile young man has taughtjournalism for six years and has served as director of publica- tions for the school newspaper and yearbook during that time.
