Sufieni tte tde«tt 4- 'Tfteddaye Perceptive, enlightened, concerned people in our world today are grappling with serious problems of how to improve conditions so that people can live happier, richer lives. They need the help of all the young men and women who are becoming adults. Citizens of our country and our world are needed who can think clearly and broadly, who are concerned for the welfare of their fellow men and their descendants, and who have learned to be effective in helping to find solutions and to carry them out. I am confident that you young people being graduated from our high schools are equal to the responsibilities before you, and that you will use all the abilities you have to make tomorrow’s world a happier place in which to live. 6
