The program in the area of Physical Education has definite and significant contributions to make toward achieving desirable outcomes in education. It helps to promote growth and good health. It also strives to develop the individual physically, mentally, socially, emotionally and ethically. It is the area of our school curriculum which con- tributes most towards physical fitness which includes ' strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, balance and h coordination. The program is an opportunity for the individual to develop acceptable values and perception in himself and others is education for sound constructive use of leisure time. Education and development of the individual through enjoyable and satisfying participation in se- lected activities is always the primary objective of the program.
