Sue started school in Newfane twelve years ago, in 1944. 0 Kim Gifford doesn't have nFranku Gene Taylor makes hitch hiking his profession now. His favorite route is from Newfane to Ridgewood. Wonder why? Gene played father in the Senior Play. Senior nC1eon Priscilla Linderman is calling square dances at Hrights Corners. Allelande left, every- body! Pat started school in the Burt school in 1943. QQ Showcase nwoodyu uBig Donn Cleo Rutland is a policewoman and she's strict on hot- rodding. Thirty-five dollar fines for everyone. In second grade Cleo would run to school so she could ring the bell. 'Ll up at Iv A new male teacher has been added to Newfane's faculty. Don Sears is the new Special Interest teacher. Don came to Newfane in 1954 from DeSales. O- 'ea There's a new dress shop in a brother Lockport and George to win Mida Jane him fame, but Morsonis run- he's still ning it. Donna was one of the fortunate ones who went to the Hess Road Schooh Erin x 55J Pat Bobzien is seen selling Terry cloth in Anywhere, U.S.A. Pat was on the Whiz Panel which performed in 1955. I.- 9CD Lewis Harding the next mil- 1ionaire,wi11 be hearing, nHey buddy, can ya spare a buck?n very often. Lewis went to school in the big town of Burt in the years 1944-1950. nbonna' Jean Perkins is the new 4-H riding judge at the Farm and Home Center. Jean joined us, from North Park, during our freshman year. ...E vw.-Io lv Doris Hi1lyard's name is on clothing labels. She's a well known clothes designer. Dorig who came from Wilson joined our class in eighth grade. D 43- .JCB kn Senior Showcase 'is vvPat gg nHasn If you see any gray haired birds flying around, it's because Joyce McKnight is teaching flying at Sampson. Joyce was co-star in our as- sembly with a panto- mime, in 1953. -Q gp' The latest name to be in lights is that of Carl Haseley. He is a well known actor, you know. Carl transferred to Barker in 1953, and joined our class again in 1954. Ei. Y QQ! Q1 - faimiii Barb Murray is teaching shorthand in a secretarial school. Barb left us to go to ledina but came back to join ourclass in 1954.

Joel Erickson is the new animal trainer for the Buffalo zoo. Some of the animals go Umough a pretty hard workout. Joel joined the Seniors in January, 1956. '1 In the Burt College a new professor in speech and dramatics has been added. That's George Eber- hart. George came from Niagara to Newfane in grade. Falls sixth uJoe Baben Sharlyn Yaude is running the name changing counter in the county clerk's office. Sharlyn played an electric guitar in the freshman as- sembly in 1952. ' nBr1 ,, There's Mary Blish selling back issues of the 1956 year- book. How many have you sold Mary? Mary moved to New- fane in 1954 from Angelica, New York. Senior Showcase nGeorgen 'IJ-ack!! There is a new garage on the Dale Road run by Brian Edmister. Brian and David Edmister are the only two brothers to be graduated together from the Senior Class of '56. ,- If anyone wants a good steak,he should contact Jack Porter. He's selling porter- house's at 56.99 a pound. Jack nent to the Olcott school until we all got together during the sixth grade. hr GD Q9 ' ts Remember the Golden Slipper Prom? Well, Nancy Palia is selling golden slip- pers. When Nancy was in fourth grade she had her appendix out. nNancyn gg. :SU-LAD' Gin Many Nelfane school skip- pers have been acquitted by our lady lau- ye r, Regina Kaufman. Gin has been on the typing staff of the Century for two years.
