Bates, President, C. Garman, Vice-President Senior Officers and dvisors The Senior Class of '56 started out their final year with a party for the Juniors on September 21. It was a success and the attendance was high. The annual Senior play was a three-act comedy by Nathan and Ruth Hale, entitled NMe1ody Jones.n It was presented to the community on November 19. Holly Hanging was held in December and the Seniors won lst place. Later in the month a closed Christmas party was held. On January 21st a bowling party, for Seniors only, provided an afternoon of entertainment. February found the Senior class sponsoring a dance after thehome basketball game on the l7th. On March 20, they gave an assembly and a senior swim took place on the 30th. Senior Revue, with the theme uBon Voyagen, was held on Saturday, April'28. Roller skating was the activity planned for May. Excitement ran high on Class Night, June 8. Sunday, June 24, was Baccalaureate, and Graduation followed Monday, June 25,to climax four successful years at Newfane Central School. 15
