Comments: Better known to the students as Wally, he is liked by everyone. No senior will ever forget him. Subjects: Eighth Grade U.S. History, Testing and Guidance. ADMINISTRATION The administration of Newcomers-town High School has three major goals in education, stimulation, accomplishment, and enrichment to prepare pupils for personal living, personal-social relationships, social-civic relationships and economic and technological relationships. Any curriculum must meet the needs of all students in the basic aspects of human life. It must meet them in order to promote the fullest realization of personal potentialities and to foster the wisest participation in American society. Educational administration is constantly concerned with a continuing effort to improve and develop the total educational program so the youth can accept full, mature, and responsible citizenship. Towards the accomplishment of these aims and goals the administrators of Newcomerstown High School are dedicated.
