When the high school principals of Coshocton, Guernsey, Muskingum, and Tuscarawas Counties meet for dinner once a month, they have as their co- ordinator the principal of our high school, Mr. Gottfried. These principals discuss mutual school problems and form plans for the benefit of their high schools. As a result of these meetings our school has enjoyed exchanging assembly programs with neighboring high schools. Mr. Gottfried is a member of the National Association of Secondary School Principals and the Ohio High School Principals Association. In the latter organization he is a member of the Implementation Committee which furthers the use of the Evaluative Criteria of secondary schools. In the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools Mr. Gottfried is a member of the Reviewing Committee which meets in Chicago once a year to approve applications of schools for membership in the association and to make recommendations for continuence of membership of schools which are already in the association. Through the efforts of our school administrators in maintaining high standards of education our high school has maintained continuous membership in this associaton since 194-0. NINE
