The rapid and continuous growth of our community has brought many new students into our schools during every week of the school year. I want to thank our oId students for their cordial and democratic acceptance of the new students and I want to tell the new students that they are very welcome here. Our school will probably never be quite the same again but the new growth will bring new responsibilities and opportunities. It is my sincere hope that we grow in quality as we grow in quantity, that we maintain a well balanced, friendly and efficient school. In the years to come, I hope you will remember many of the problems we all faced as a group-those of overcrowded building and classes, and the resulting ever-changing curriculum. That these problems were sur- mounted with little real difficulty is a tribute to the cooperation of all concerned, but especially to the student body.
