The boys will have their annual FFA Banquet, in which they will be proud to present their Sweetheart, Miss Diane Housh. The English department offers four years for the student whether he plans to go to college or not. These courses give the students a solid foundation of literature and composition. What do you mean you couldn't find the brake, could have been the words spoken by Mr. Burnett, the drivers Ed. teacher, as his student driver did not stop for a stop sign. We might go faster if you'd release the emergency brake! Watch out for the curb! was sometimes said a second too late as a student driver ran over the curb and into someone's lawn. Spanish class proved to be a very popular class this year. Because of the near proximity of the United States to Mexico and other Spanish- speaking countries, these students have great opportunities to use the skills they have learned. 16 NHS Students Involve Themselves and Gain Experience
