STUDENTS A veteran of 10 years, Matt Hayes is definitely Newbury Park's most valuable swimmer. In all his four years swimming for our school, Matt has never lost a dual meet. In the words of coach Chris Sawer, whom he has been working with for seven years, Matt Hayes is absolutely an outstanding swimmer in any swimming event. This is proven through Matt's many records and honors including receiving the ti- tle of All American Swimmer every year since he was a sophomore.
