BIG AND PGWERFUL he j.V. Boys had a very successful sea- son. According to T. j. McGreevy: The team got a lot of support from different runners each week. We worked together as a team and showed well at invitation- als. This year's team was probably the largest in the league in terms of sheer numbers - more than 40 runners! Coach Stewart's philosophy is to encourage interest and participation in the sport as a means to individual and team accomplishment. The team compiled a record of 7 wins against only 2 losses. 1. john Cummins leads the pack in the Thousand Oaks meet. 2. Carl Morsa in the Agoura meet. 3. j.V. Boys, Front Row: M. Stueve, E. tuwas another victorious year for the girls j.V. X-Country team. Their record was 7-0 in league competition. They were ranked first in all of Ventura County. This was a great accomplishment for the girls because many of them were new to high school cross country. Senior runner, Kris Sutton, gave us her view of the overall results: We all worked together and were striving for one goal - to be 4351. We knew we could win if we all wanted it bad enough and were willing to work hard enough. V GIRLS WI LE GUE 4. Teresa johnson takes first place in the Thousand Oaks meet at CLC. 5.
