In October they made their annual trip to Alpine Village to participate in the Octoberfest festivities. In November they held a candy sale to raise fun ds for future trips and for the German club Christmas party The club also made inquires into trips to Germany for the summer. In October they hosted the Newbury Park Speech Tournament and through out the year they par- ticipated in many speech tour- naments and debates.

Theatre Art Club The Theatre Arts Club had a really active season this year. They put on Dark of the Moon in October, starring Frank Melia and Jackie Gavazzoni. The drama class staged a few Brown Bag Theaters, and One Act plays. The Club took part in the One Act Festival again at L.A. Valley College. They held fund raising activities to help finance this years productions.
