Learned men have studied and valued it, kings and emperors have relied on it in troubled times. Today, more and more people turn to the stars for the knowledge they can gain about them- selves and others. Could it be that our daily lives here at Newbury Park High School are ruled by the stars? Think about it. . . 1970 was a year of many new things. It had a brand new newspaper, The Prowlern, and the first Homecoming and Homecoming week. Seniors were fated to earn the highest points in games that ranged from a scavenger hunt to a pie eating contest. Our first annual Homecoming attractions were enjoyed by the entire student body.
