This year's Frosh-Soph Water Polo team did very well, in View of the fact that they did not have a lot of experience. They started five freshmen, and were in third place in league competition. Panthers score a goal against Dos Pueblos during CIF competition while coach sawyer watches. This year's Varsity Water Polo Team be- came Marmonte League Champions for the first time. They had a 7-0 league record and played their most exciting game against T.O. with a final overtime score of 12-10. This year instead of being given trophies, the team players were given color pictures of themselves and their team members. Team Captains were J .B. Holston, Terry Pemperton and Scott Young. They helped lead the team on to many victories. The Water Polo Team sponsored the Sharpe Hypnotist Show to raise money and Were responsible for the paintings of the swimming and water polo symbols on the gym facing the pool.
