Three N.P. girls named Conejo 22 Student Honored to be 1974 Coneio Valley Debutantes by the Coneio Valley Historical Society were Adele Cheney, ludy Francesconi, and Nancy Walter, all from New- bury Park High. ln the spring of their junior year, sixteen girls were selected from throughout the Coneio Valley for this honor, and presented to the public in their senior year. They were nominated by civic organizations and schools based on their outstanding contributions to the community, and their high academic per- formance. Life Valley Debutantes In October, wearing white formal gowns and mantillas to carry out the Spanish thgmg the debs were presented to the community at the elegant Triumpho Ball held in their honor- La Fiesta del Triumpho. The girls and their escorts, Tom Koeske Greg lones, and Mike Courtright, enjoyed 5 unique and memorable evening. Photo complimentary Ray Brown
