lim Crowdis No comment. Bill Brandt No comment. Norm Barker When Tom Saputo was washing his hands at the sink, only he didn't know that there wasn't a drain pipe. Consequently, he was washing his shoes also. Bill Beaubien lsn't it wonderful what the students can do with their hands-and feet! lan Branham The surprise party that the 1974 Pawprint staff gave me is one of my fondest memories as a teacher. I'II always have a soft spot in my heart for those people and our growing together. lim Ganser No comment, Lin Thomas In the machine shop we have a unique situation in which I, as the in- structor, can give much individual help, My boys are not a number, but a person who I get to know and hopefully understand. This, then, shows me the good in each of the boys, and helps me understand the why's of his shortcomings. I like to, then, remember all my boys, not just one or a few since each of my students has taught me something. I really like my job. Herb Henderson My most memorable event in teaching was the day the pipes in the boys' rest room were broken and flooded the wood shop. Industrial Art The Industrial Education Department has been quite busy this year. They have added two new members, Mr. Bill Beaubien and Mr. lim Ganser, both in the wood area. The department worked together at the Ventura County Fair placing third for their display. Mr. Barker and his Architecture ll class are currently involved in the design and con- struction of the memorial mar- quee. Carolyn Pinkston Teaching is a humiliating experience. -Henry Miller Please see candid. Faculty 157
