Mrs. Marta Teel, A.B. Associate Librarian Q Foreign Languages Miss linda Peirce, B.S. Associate Librarian . l . s Read 'n peak- to learn. The foreign language department is the proud possessor of one of the finest lab- oratories in an SDA academy. Included for Mrs. Teel's use are four tape recorders to amplify the dialogue, a proiector for illustrations, and a record player. For the students' use there are twelve individual recorders and earphones. By a flick of the switch the instructor can tune or tape either the class or individuals. The in- creased speed in learning has proved this investment well worthwhile. Joining the staff this year is Miss Peirce, from Mount Pizgah Academy, where she was librarian. Her able assistance assures students of a quiet place to study. The SPANISH ll CLASS learns dialogue by listening to a tape with the aid of the earphones which enable each individual to hear the word pronunciation and his repetition more clearly, S Q l- Ai A g 'gig , ' r 2- fi X '. .
