New religiou This year the Religious Liberty, MV, Tem- perance, and Seminar Clubs are combined into one, the Religious Activities Club, which is open to any student who wishes to ioin. Seminar teams visit various churches to present programs of inspirational interest to all. Week-end meetings stressing the necessity of temperance in all phases of daily living, and the importance of pre- serving our religious heritage are also sponsored by the club.

.X ELDER LLOYD WYMAN conducted a unique study especially for youth. Each student was given a copy of Mes sages to Young People which served as a basis and guide for the week's services during the spring week of devotion. R Iigious em phasis- The chapel and worship periods of three weeks during the school year are devoted to exploring the world of religion. Two of these weeks, one in the fall and one in the spring, feature guest speakers. The third week is conducted by the Senior Philosophy of Life Class. This latter series of programs is presented exclusively by students. Musical numbers, representing the total music department, add to the inspira- tion of these weeks. DART, recognized General Conference authority on family relationships, presented a series of enlightening studies on Christian growth and development during the fall week of devotion.
