53 hm! mmnfiffe Editorial nWe are the builders of tomorrowiu Yes, each one of us has a share in what the future may hold, and each one of us must strive to make this world the happy, democratic, peaceful world for which the men of this generation have so valiantly given their lives. Just as a clock must have all the parts in harmony with each other, working together, before it will function proper- ly, our world organization for peace can- not be successful unless all the nations of the world and all their citizens can cooperate with a feeling of charity and understanding toward each other. nPost proelium, praemiumn--after the battle, the reward. Our battle of war has been fought but there is still another battle to be fought before our reward-- peace--can be obtained. This is the bat- tle on the home front, teaching the citi- zens of America and of the other nations of the world to forget their differences and to work together with cooperation and determination, and faith in what the fu- ture may hold. Let us forget our petty differences, learn to know and understand our neigh- bors, and work together in the interest of world peace. Let's uput our shoulder to the wheeln and make this the Njust and lastingu peace, so that our dead will not have died in vain. Editor-in-chief Alice E. Welst
