Ry . ' H A EE. I was in a iam! For three nights straight. Pop caught me asleep at my desk when I was supposed to be study'in'. Was he burned up! Boy, it was ,a problem. Then, today the teacher told us that all kids need a good light for studyin' so they won't strain their eyes. So I looked at the bulb in my study lamp. It sure was little. I told Pop about it and asked for the bulb from his lamp. 'Nixl' snorts Pop. 'Nothin' wrong with your lamp. Let's see it.' Mom heard the commotion so she came along. Pop sat down and Mom watched. Then she began: 'So there's nothing wrong with Sandy's lamp, eh? Then why are you squinting?' Pop caught on last. He put a 100-watt bulb in my lamp. And he even washed the bowl.
