l JUNIOR CLASS In the fall of 49 the Newark Hrgh School was honored to have thrrty seven brave freshres Jorn her happy throng After gettrng accustomed to the ways of the school and betng 1n1t1ated we elected the followrng offrcers Ptesrdent Drane Holverson Vrce Presrdent Donna Fruland Secretary JoAnn Otto Treasurer Ron Hrlt Our Student Councrl member was Douglas Kastel The advrsors for that year were Wayne Grlbertson and Robert Davrs The fall of 50 brought us back as a class of only thrrty one but we strll gave the freshmen a good 1n1trat1on' After getttng settled we got down to busrness and elected the followrng Presrdent Kenme Duvrck Vrce Presrdent Charles Baker Secretary Donna Fruland Treasurer Warren Hatteburg Our Student Councrl members were Ron Hrlt and Ellen Marte Wrcks Our class advrsors were Wayne Stevenson We were well represented rn the actrvrtres of the school wrth sports leadtng Our class also was represented by one cheerleader and two baton twrrlers We returned to good old N C H S ln the fall of 51 and after exerctsrng our great lrke for berng upperclassmen the followrng were chosen as our class offrcers Ron Hrlt Pfesrdent Drane Holverson Vrce Presrdent lone Skow Secretary Bob Jager Treasurer Our Student Councrl members thrs year are Kennre Duvrck Donna Fru land and Charles Baker Our class advrsors are Mrs Nelson and Mr Stevenson Our class ts well represented rn most of the actrvrttes of the school We have three regulars on the Varsrty Basketball Squad and three ChC6l'168d6rS Thrs year we have qurte a brt to look forward to, the Junror Play and the Banquet We hope to return next year as deservrng Semors , . .
